Description
We present A519 4130 Oil Well Pipe, a superior-grade seamless alloy steel pipe specifically engineered to excel in the most challenging downhole environments. Manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM A519 standard, this chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe delivers exceptional performance where conventional materials fall short.
Our 4130 alloy pipes feature an optimal chemical composition with 0.28-0.33% carbon, 0.80-1.10% chromium, and 0.15-0.25% molybdenum, providing outstanding mechanical properties including minimum tensile strength of 813 MPa and yield strength of 690 MPa. These characteristics ensure reliable operation under extreme conditions of high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive downhole environments.
